Trump Turnberry – Ailsa

Originally built as a luxury hotel and golf complex in 1906, Turnberry was pressed into action as an airbase first in World War One, then again in World War Two. An overhaul and redesign in 1951, by Mackenzie Ross, created the stunning scenic links course known around the world today.  Frequently listed as one of the most scenic golf courses in the world, Turnberry has hosted the British Open on 4 occasions and was recently purchased by The Trump Organization. Trump Turnberry Ailsa Course is one of the finest links in the world. Highly recommended to play and stay.
