Royal Troon is one of the great links courses in Scotland. A traditional out and back links course, it’s a test of golfing ability with deep rough and a prevailing north-westerly wind. As well as a great game of golf, the course offers fantastic views. On a clear day the mountains on the Isle of Arran can be seen. Venue of the 2016 Open Championship for the 8th occasion.
